For the 2023-2024 season at Place Bell in Laval, our collaboration with the Espace Montmorency complex focused on promoting their rental units and the various services they offer. The main goal of the video was to highlight the many advantages of this complex, including the habitable units, common areas such as the terrace, basketball court, in-ground rooftop pool, spa, workspaces, shops, and much more. We sought to draw the public's attention to the possibilities offered by Espace Montmorency, highlighting the comfort and diversity of services available.

The company
Espace Montmorency, a multifunctional complex in the heart of Laval, combines urbanity and nature with a bold design. This 1.3 million square foot project offers offices, retail and rental housing, creating a dynamic atmosphere similar to that of a city centre. Close to the Montmorency metro station, it facilitates travel to Montreal, combining urban life with tranquility. Divided into four phases, the project fosters a dynamic community with bold architecture, smart technologies and green spaces. It offers offices, restaurants and accommodations, reflecting its commitment to an enriching and responsible urban experience.
